Mollertech is pleased to offer a selection of benefits designed with your health and financial wellbeing in mind. We review our benefit programs each year to ensure we consider the best combination of benefit coverage, network access and affordability for employees. Annual open enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2022 Benefits Program, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.

Benefits Overview
Mollertech remains committed to providing a competitive, cost-effective benefit program. We are implementing some changes and additions for the 2022 plan year, which we hope will be positively received by you and your families. Below are highlights of changes that will become effective on January 1, 2022. Please review your 2022 Mollertech Open Enrollment Employee Benefits Materials for information on all of your benefits.
2022 Benefits Program Updates:
- Our Medical/Rx insurance carrier will continue to be Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network of Michigan. However, there are some changes to your plan options.
- You have TWO medical plan options to choose from: 1) BCN Blue Elect Plus POS 1000 and 2) BCN Blue Elect Plus POS HSA 1400.
- With the new BCN Blue Elect Plus POS HSA 1400 plan option, you can choose to pair it with a Health Savings Account (HSA) with Health Equity.
- Our Dental insurance carrier will continue to be Blue Dental.
- Our Vision insurance carrier will continue to be Blue Vision/VSP.
- Lincoln Financial Group will continue to be our Life and Disability insurance carrier.
How to Enroll
Action Required
- You must complete a Mollertech South Salary Enrollment Form, even if you are waiving coverage.
- Your completed enrollment form must be returned to HR, no later than December 7, 2021 at 5:00 pm.
- You will not be allowed to make a change after the open enrollment window closes, unless you experience a qualifying life event.
